Comfort you will actually wear
BFP primarily uses Comfort Colors and ComfortWash shirts for their broken-in feel, dependable fit, and substantial fabric. Our hoodies are sourced from Independent Trading Co. for a comfortable, durable layer that accepts decoration well.
Prepare the artwork
Where appropriate, heavy solid areas are broken into controlled halftones or knockouts. Less unnecessary ink coverage means more of the garment can flex and breathe.
Press with control
Transfers are applied with tested time, temperature, and pressure settings, followed by the correct finishing press for adhesion without over-curing the print.
Inspect the finish
Placement, edges, color, and adhesion are checked before the piece leaves BFP. The goal is a clean print that feels integrated with the garment—not like a heavy plastic panel.

Protect the finish
Shirts & hoodies
Wash in cold water with the garment turned inside out. Dry on low heat or hang dry for the first few washes—and continue using those settings for the best long-term care.
Stickers
Stickers are waterproof and UV-protected. When applied to drinkware, hand wash only. They are not dishwasher safe.

Built for real-world use
Our waterproof, UV-protected stickers use Orajet 1917 printable vinyl protected by Oraguard 210 laminate. The printed vinyl provides the color and adhesive base; the laminate adds a protective layer against handling, moisture, sunlight, and abrasion.
Artwork is color-checked and printed at high resolution on quality adhesive vinyl.
Laminate
A clear protective laminate is applied over the print before cutting.
Cut & inspect
Each design is contour cut, weeded when necessary, and checked for clean edges and proper finish.
